Return Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I’ve received a defective/incorrect item. Sorry for sending you a defective/incorrect item! Please email to hello@theclayday.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defective/incorrect item within 5 working days from the day you receive your order. We will be in touch on the next steps to take once we assess your situation.

Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective/incorrect. A replacement will be provided for defective returns. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, a store credit voucher/discount code will be provided.

I would like to return/exchange my item. All sales/transactions are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. We do not accept refunds/exchange unless item sent is defective/incorrect. Kindly drop us an email at hello@theclayday.com within 5 working days from the day you receive your order.

Returns/Exchanges are evaluated on a case by case basis. All returns must arrive at our studio within 10 working days (local) and 20 working days (international) of receiving your original order.

The merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our studio, kindly return the item via a traceable mode of postage.

 

RETURNED PARCELS

I think I’ve written a wrong address / I’ve forgotten to claim my item at the post office.   Returned parcels due to an invalid address or unclaimed at the local post office, customer has to bear the full responsibility for the shipping charges incurred for re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly not allowed.

In the event that we do not receive a response within 10 working days from the date of the notification email, the package will be forfeited without prior notice. The Clay Day shall not be held responsible for any unclaimed rejected packages after the stipulated timeframe.
