As most orders are handcrafted, kindly allow at least 7 to 10 business days for shipping to be arranged after payment is made. 

 

All items are dispatched from our studio located in Singapore.

Shipping rates are charged based on the subtotal presented after discounts are applied. The respective rates will be reflected upon checkout.

 

We send email notification to you upon dispatch with your tracking number and URL for you to track your parcel status. 

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please note that once your order has arrived in your resident country, it will be passed on to your local postal service. We are not able to track your parcel thereafter.

We do not charge tax and custom fees. All international orders may be subjected to custom and/or import duties, handling fees, VAT and/or Taxes through customs upon arrival into your country. The fees imposed are solely determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Please do take note of these charges and taxes that may be imposed, which you will have to pay.
